We were invited to attend a North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service Public Safety Officers meeting to demonstrate our mini flume and to discuss water safety activities.
We were pleased to provide mini flume training for Yorkshire Dales National Park staff and volunteers in Grassington.
We’re delighted to announce that we will be funding the tuition fees for places on Lancaster University’s postgraduate courses in Flood and Coastal Risk Management starting in 2022.
On Wednesday 29th September, JBA Trust delivered river and flooding workshops for Year 5 & 6 pupils at All Saints’ C of E Primary School, Ilkley.
North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service used our mini river flume to demonstrate hazards in the water environment during water safety sessions at Upper Wharfedale Secondary School.
On Saturday 11th September we attended the Skell Valley Project celebration event near Ripon, demonstrating our augmented reality sandbox.
We were pleased to support two school events and a community engagement event using our physical demonstration models in mid July.
