Diversity, equity and inclusion

JBA Trust is committed to being inclusive across all our activities. We believe that the benefits we deliver should ultimately help to create an environment where diversity is valued, and everybody can feel included. This means recognising that different people and groups may face different barriers in reaching outcomes that we support through our charitable objectives.

We are developing a strategy and plan for diversity, equity and inclusion, which includes actions to understand how we can be effective in helping to improve equity, and to make inclusion a core part of the way we work.
