Celebrating our 10th Anniversary!

In September, we invited our partners to join us to celebrate the first 10 years of JBA Trust and share the highlights of our support for research, education and engagement.

At our Science Translation, Education and Engagement event we explored the learning resources we have developed to support flood risk education and engagement and also demonstrated our physical models including the Augmented Reality (AR) sandbox, PARM, wave tank and mini-flume.

Our virtual event focused on Research Partnerships and Future Priorities and we shared highlights of our collaborative research and invited participants to share their thoughts on our research activities and explore how best to target our support for postgraduate students.

Outputs of the workshops

During both the events, we reflected on what we’ve learnt and asked for views on what we should prioritise in the future.  The feedback we received and how it will shape our plans for the next 10 years is summarised in this poster.
