We work with schools to highlight the fantastic opportunities of studying STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) subjects and the many interesting and varied careers that STEM can lead to.

Students engaging with the sandbox to learn about flooding
Activities include using our demonstration physical models help us to explain the concepts of flood and coastal risk management. These concepts are particularly relevant to the GCSE and A-Level Geography curriculum.

We have delivered demonstrations to students all over the British Isles including:
- Water Engineering Workshop at Skipton Girls High School, North Yorkshire
- River and coastal flooding demonstration at Beacon Hill School, North Tyneside
- River flooding and engineering demonstration at Douglas High School, Isle of Man
- The Big Bang Science Fair at York, North Yorkshire
