The Trust will offer opportunities for individuals, especially at an early career stage, to enhance their skills and experience by working on research-based projects.

We will invest in people by supporting post-graduates on university courses (MSc or PhD) and by supporting training though research project placements within the JBA Group.

We will also help to promote good practice and knowledge exchange by sponsoring the development of industry guidance.
